Hosted by the Centre for Climate Repair, in association with UArctic, Arctic Repair 2025 is a 2.5 day conference showcasing the scientific knowledge and ethics relating to climate intervention technologies being used to help repair the Arctic.

The Conference will take place at Robinson College, Cambridge, UK and registration is mandatory to attend.
​
The Registration Fee is inclusive of the Conference for 2.5 days in-person attendance, lunch during conference days, a Welcome Drinks Reception and a Conference Dinner on Friday 27th June 2025.

Concessions
Students
Student Registration is applicable to PhD, Masters and Undergraduate students from any University. Please use your University email account, when registering, as verification of your student status. Further verification of your student status may be required in some instances.
Staff
Concessionary Registration is available to Centre for Climate Repair and UArctic Staff as well as successful recipients of Registration Fee Bursary. Further details of eligible applicants for bursaries can be found below.
University of Cambridge
University of Cambridge Students and Staff, whose department will be covering the participation cost, please liaise with your finance team to trigger internal charging process. Please arrange a PO/Grant Code/Cost centre prior to registration.
If you have any questions regarding what type of ticket you should purchase, please email conference@climaterepair.cam.ac.uk for further assistance.
If you are unable to attend the event after registering, you are able to cancel your place up to, and including, Wednesday 11th June 2025 in order to get a full refund of your registration fee. After this date, no refunds (partial or full) will be given. Please note the Centre for Climate Repair or UArctic will not be responsible for any costs incurred due to your cancellation or if your place is cancelled due to misrepresentation of your eligibility.
If you would like your poster to be printed in Cambridge, you can add this to your ticket when registering. Size A0.
Bursary
We are delighted to be able to offer bursaries to support students and academics from low and middle-income countries to attend Arctic Repair 2025. Please download the above form and return it to conference@climaterepair.cam.ac.uk
We have a limited number of bursaries available therefore we recommend getting your application in as early as possible.
The Bursary does not include travel and/or accommodation and only covers the Conference registration fee.
​The bursary is open to students and academics from low to middle income countries. Applications are considered by country of residence, not country of origin.
Applications will be reviewed on a monthly basis. The application questions enable the reviewers to check your eligibility and suitability for the bursary. If you apply for a bursary less than 4 weeks prior to the Conference, we may not be able to confirm if you have been successful before the conference start date.
If successful, a concession code will be emailed to you to register for the Conference. Registration is mandatory. The concession code should NOT be shared with anyone else.

If you are awarded a bursary but are no longer able to attend, please let us know immediately so that we may offer your place to another attendee, as bursary places are limited.
