Sophie Weeks

Sophie Weeks is Associate of the Scott Polar Research Institute, and President of Polar Educators International (PEI), an international network of educators engaging audiences in and about the polar regions by collaborating with polar reasearchers, and Indigenous knowledge holders, which she co-founded in 2012. She pioneered museum-based polar education in the UK and helps to coordinate the creation of polar education tools and resources that connect researchers, educators and communities worldwide.
