Andrea Ceccolini is a seasoned technologist and entrepreneur with over 35 years of leadership in space technology, fintech, and climate innovation. As co-founder and longtime CTO of ION Group, he helped build one of the world’s leading financial technology firms. Today, Andrea is CEO of Real Ice, a British startup exploring novel strategies to support Arctic sea ice resilience, including the experimental concept of "ice thickening." Real Ice has conducted multiple field tests in the Arctic to study the feasibility of such interventions.
